November 01, 2017 Take our Kids to work form:  Parent guide_Take Our Kids to Work (1)

November 8: Post Secondary Fair for International students is on November 8th from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. at Maple Ridge Secondary. Prizes, giveaways and dinner included in this free event. Learn more about post-secondary admission requirements and work and career options. Transportation will be provided from each school to MRSS. November 15: BCIT Big Info Session is being held at the Burnaby campus from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.  Come and can learn about their 300+ programs all in one place. November 16 or 18th: McGill University will be here in Surrey and Vancouver for an Information session. The two events are: Nov 16th from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. at Southridge Secondary and Nov 18 at York House School. November 22: SFU Program Fair: This event takes place on their Surrey campus.

December 2: Emily Carr University Portfolio Day: The new address is: Great Northern Way campus, 520 East 1st Avenue. The time is 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

House of Commons Page Program: Senior students who maintain a minimum of 80% and can speak both official languages are invited to apply. UNBC (University of Northern B.C.): Student for a Day is a day to spend at the campus, sit in some classes, receive a personal tour, visit residence, chat with a recruitment officer, and enjoy lunch free.
